CFAN Instrument Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006. It is one of best manufacturer of X-ray fluorescence spectrometers in China. Our instruments used for the elemental analysis in precious metal analysis, mining industry and laboratory research, and independently developed and produced by ourselves.
CFAN obtains ISO9001: 2015 international quality management system certification, and has a research and development center in Shenzhen and Shanghai.
In the field of lossless analysis CFAN owns more than 10 research and development patents. In March 2009: The first integrated computer XRF spectrometer of CFAN own patents was produced, that is independently researched and developed by CFAN.
In February 2012: We launched new high resolution XRF spectrometer with Si-pin detector, injection molding shell and FR algorithm.
In May 2013: We launched higher resolution XRF spectrometer with SDD detector.
In January 2015: CFAN won the national high-tech enterprise certification.
